Rough Rice’s all organic wild fermented ‘borscht’ spent 8 years in a ceramic crock before being freeze dried into a magical, one-of-a-kind seasoning dust. The mix is earthy, sharp and deeply savoury — cut with Pep’s single-origin Cambodian pepper for heat and depth. Sea salt and cumin seed balance into a versatile all purpose seasoning.
Sprinkle over eggs of all persuasions, labne, grilled fish, boiled potatoes, cucumber and tomatoes… no rules.
